EXPLORER FIELD GUIDE / EARTH
Explore Echo Earth: Earth, People, Space and Ocean
Choose an Echo Earth explorer and understand its data: public Echoes, orbital models, ocean history, wildlife records and virtual city walks.
Open Earth ↗Opens the interactive application in a new tab. Your existing explorer stays open.
Choose a question, then a world
Echo Earth brings several ways of exploring one planet into a shared interface. Earth is the place to rotate the globe, switch to a flat map and find a city. People adds moods and public Echo conversations. Space moves outward to planets, natural moons, satellites and small bodies. Ocean starts with the Wrecks Atlas and offers currents and tides. Animals combines a regional wildlife atlas with a separate Walk adventure. Cities opens a map-based urban experience.
Start with the right kind of evidence
A point on the screen can mean very different things. A People DEMO point is synthetic. A satellite marker is a calculated position from orbital elements. An animal occurrence can be an old observation rounded to a region. A wreck label can have incomplete identification evidence. Open the relevant guide before interpreting a dense map as a live census or a precise measurement.
Explore at your own pace
Drag to move, use the wheel or pinch to zoom, and use the mode menu to change subjects. The application has quality controls and adaptive rendering; device capabilities still affect its performance. These reading pages work without a 3D renderer. Opening the interactive explorer starts the full application, where map providers, backend availability and optional account configuration determine which live features are available.
Your journal and public contributions
A device journal and a public Echo are different storage choices. Review the People guide before publishing a message or selecting a location. These guides describe the product; they do not list individual messages, commenters, identities or precise user locations.
